The EI 04 is a LonWorks-based PL20 transceiver designed for integration into the Sperosens SL2010 network, featuring four local input channels for emergency conditions: Emergency, Injuries, Fire, and Ambulance.

It serves as a secondary communication method for transmitting diverse emergency signals to the surface in critical situations, particularly when radio networks fail. The unit includes four push buttons for straightforward activation of these signals, and it is housed in a rugged enclosure with a stainless steel canopy for durability.

Additionally, it offers easy installation in rescue bays or similar settings.

APPLICATIONS:
  • Local audio and visual alarming
  • Typically used at the haulage entrance
FUNCTIONALITY:

The manual activation triggers transmission of a signal to the surface through the PL20 network

Corresponding LED indicate which input is activated

Twist activation knob to cancel input.

Designed to quickly raise an alarm in the event of a potential hazard, thereby reducing the risk of injury to personnel and damage to equipment
