Internships:
Sperosens supports students in choosing a career through its range of internships. As well as allowing students combine theoretical knowledge with an initial practical experience in a professional environment, the Internships programme also serves to identify junior staff at an early stage. Internships are offered in all divisions and departments.
We expect our interns to have achieved good academic results, to show initiative, commitment, an open mind and an understanding that learning is best achieved through teamwork and shared experience.
Thesis/Dissertation:
The interests and goals of students form the basis for a mentoring and supervisory arrangement. Submitted proposals are coordinated with the management of the individual departments – thus guaranteeing competent mentoring and support from the very start.
Direct entry:
Suitably qualified applicants may enter our operational divisions or one of the core cross-departmental functions, such as finance, controlling, communications or human resources directly.
Direct on-the-job starters will be introduced to their field of activity by means of a goal-oriented familiarization phase. They will rapidly take over responsibilities and contribute all their expertise to the tasks assigned.
